Who can apply
Who is this grant for?+
Intended parents who meet every requirement:
• You live in the United States
• You have at least 3 embryos created and frozen
• You're working with a U.S. fertility clinic
• You're 21 or older
• You're not signed with another surrogacy agency
• You have a medical or personal reason you need a surrogate
Can couples and single parents apply?+
Yes. Couples, same-sex couples and single parents are all welcome.
Can I apply if I'm still making embryos?+
This grant is for families who already have at least 3 frozen embryos. If you're still creating them, we'd still love to talk. Book a free consultation.
Can I apply more than once?+
Please send one application per family.
When do applications close?+
November 19, 2026. The winner is announced December 1 by email and on Instagram.
If you're not chosen
What happens if I'm not chosen?+
Everyone who applies hears back from us by email. Not being chosen doesn't close any doors.

Will my application be kept private?+
Yes. Only Cierra reads applications, and your story is never shared without your permission.
Sending proof
How do I send proof of my embryos?+
On the application form, use the "Proof of embryos" button to attach a file before you hit send.
A letter, email or report from your fertility clinic showing how many frozen embryos you have works best. A clear photo or screenshot is fine too.
What kind of file can I upload?+
A PDF or a photo (JPG or PNG), up to 10 MB.
Is proof required?+
It's optional, but it helps us confirm you qualify, so we recommend including it.
Who can see my file?+
Only Cierra. Files are stored privately and are never public.
I forgot to attach it. What now?+
Email it to info@wombmatecollective.com with the name you applied under.
